Local-first by default

The free Leavelly planner stores everything in your browser's local storage. Your leave dates, labels, and balances never reach our servers unless you choose to sign in to a paid tier.

No tracking, no ads

We do not build behavioural profiles, run third-party ad trackers, or sell your data. Leavelly is funded by subscriptions, not by monetising your presence or absence.

Exporting and sharing

When you export an ICS/CSV/Markdown file it is generated on your device. When you create a share link, your plan is encoded into that URL — anyone with the link can read it, so share it deliberately.

Public holiday data

Holiday dates are computed locally from a bundled dataset. Selecting a country does not send your location or identity anywhere.

Paid tiers (future)

When cloud sync launches, synced data will be encrypted in transit and at rest, and you will be able to export or delete it at any time. This policy will be updated before any such feature ships.
